Shane Salk is an award-winning producer, writer, director, and show-runner. He specializes in the connection between art and production. Since 2018, Shane has been the creative and operational director of Shane Salk Productions. He also founded Unfinished Films, a New York–based company built to consult on productions in trouble. Unfinished Films has helped multiple projects derailed by personnel changes, funding gaps, or post-production issues by using creative problem-solving to get them across the finish line.

Shane helped define what high-production audio drama could be. First, with We're Alive (2009), which passed 250 million downloads. Then, years later, pushing the form further with the fully-scored, feature-cast series Carcerem (2020). More recently, he's been building live-streamed, fully-produced game shows.

He's directed voice work on Bethesda's Starfield and Fallout 76, produced a Parents' Choice Award–winning adaptation of A Christmas Carol, served as consulting producer on an international animated feature, and been a writer-producer on a series that went on to be featured on PBS. He's run livestream events and original streaming shows, from Broadway Unlocked to his own comedy series CrapTV. He has also consulted for companies from Amazon and Audible to Dolby and Smosh.
