Shane Salk Productions has represented to SAG-AFTRA in discussions and in writing that it has made provision for and met adequate health and safety standards, consistent with the local, state and federal guidance regarding social distancing, essential business closures, and shelter in place orders, and will be in compliance with those orders and the safety standards and protocols promulgated by SAG-AFTRA for any and all SAG-AFTRA productions. 

Shane Salk Productions is solely responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all performers and actors employed. 

SAG-AFTRA will monitor Shane Salk Productions’ compliance to the best of our ability, including by reviewing and assessing production-specific plans and protocols. As we continue to receive and review documentation in connection with your SAG-AFTRA productions, SAG-AFTRA reserves the right to require additional information in our sole discretion.
